[XeTeX] Outline Math fonts in Xetex

I have to correct myself: it's surely *VF* based, the stuff of Walter  
Schmidt. And it's this that makes XeTeX fail. As long as the whole  
setup is just TFM based as in lucidabr it will work – somehow. And  
with somehow I mean that the encodings of TeX math fonts are not  
consistent.
