[XeTeX] Outline Math fonts in Xetex

You problably have a problem with the map file. But I need also the
output of xdvipdfmx to be sure. So open in winedt a command line and run
xelatex with the option above and sent me the output of xdvipdfmx -vv.  

How did you activate the map-files of your fonts?
