[XeTeX] setting japanese in miktex2.7

Hello all,
I have fetched and installed the full Miktex2.7 to my d:\x_miktex27 directory.
When I use pdflatex jap1.tex i gives error:

My Env variables are set:
PATH D:\x_miktex27\miktex\bin;D:\x_gs861\gs8.61\bin;D:\x_gs861\gs8.61\lib;D:\x_gsview49\gsview\;d:\Perl\bin;D:\x_netpbm\bin
Do I need special japanese fonts or jck package? Or run some settings in miktex after first installation?

PS:1 As far as I remember I was wrinting japanese in Emacs (precompiled with auctex).
in miktex 2.4 with the following settings and it was ok:

Miktex2.4 installed to
c:\texmf2_4 and c:\localtexmf.
1b. It is good to have latest Perl for Windows
installed into c:\Perl.
ActivePerl-5.8.6.811-MSWin32-x86-122208.zip
2. Also Ghostscript8.50 (gs815w32.exe) and
Ghostview4.7 (gsw47w32.exe) is needed http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/
3. emacs22 supporting graphics is good to have.
emacs-22.0.50.1-20050626-w32.zip http://nqmacs.sourceforge.net/
4. MSYS-1.0.10.exe - (installed to c:\msys)
as environment like unix under WindowsXP from http://www.mingw.org/download.shtml
5. Auctex package - 11.81 includes
preview-latex.auctex11.81.zip http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex/
On
Windows XP Miktex2.4 (last version from July 2005 iso) is installed under
c:\texmf2_4 and c:\localtexmf.
Ghostscript 8.50,Ghostview 4.70 installed - path set.
I have
fetched auctex11.81.zip
and
emacs-22.0.50.1-20050626-w32.zip (I have tried the process with emacs-21.3 but
realized that I would have problems with installing dvipng or other extra tool
so I gave up).

emacs-22.0.50.1-20050626-w32.zip was unzipped to c:\emacs-22
2.
auctex11.81 was unzipped to c:\temp
3.
under
msys 1.0.11 I did: cd /c/temp/auctex11.81
./configure --prefix=/c/emacs22 --with-texmf-dir=/c/texmf2_43a.make3b.make install
4a.
If you
open any latex or tex document with japanese text (f.e. jap1.tex) you must have
in the first line:
%-*- coding: euc-japan -*-
If this
line is missing you have to set euc-japan as codepage in emacs:
Options--->Mule (multilingual Enviroment)--->Set Coding
Systems---> For Next Command :euc-japan
and then
open file (f.e. jap1.tex)
Afterwards if you want to write in japanese you have to set:
Options--->Mule (multilingual Enviroment)--->Set Language
Environment---> Japanese
With
Ctrl\ you switch between English and Japanese.
4b. Do
not forget to add to PATH environment all these tools.(Right click on My
Computer-->Properties--->Advanced--->Environment variables).
