[XeTeX] Pitstop does not identify the XeLaTeX PDF!

Put them in
   /Applications/TeX/TeXShop.app/Contents/Resources/TeXShop/Engines/
and then select the XeLaTeX-xdvipdfmx engine in TeXShop to use it.
