[XeTeX] can not build xetex0.998.3

The package includes all TeX sources which your script ‘install-xetex’
would install, and only those.  So it includes
‘xetex-pstricks/pstricks.con’.  Is that enough?

BTW.  I've just compiled today's version 698. It will be available at
http://nlp.ipipan.waw.pl/~wolinski/xetex/ tomorrow.
