[XeTeX] Problem building XeTeX on Ubuntu 8.04

I eventually was able to build it myself.
Before doing anything you should have installed gcc (c compiler), gcc (c++
compiler), flex, bison and libfontconfig1-dev.

I think as Mr.Kew mentined it faild building because we did not have
libfontconfig1-dev installed.

Now If you follow the instructions, you should be able to build it yourself.
