For the next version of arabxetex (and possibly also polyglossia) I will 
try to have the \baselineskip automatically set to some "reasonable" 
default value. I can't guarantee it will look good in all cases, but it 
will certainly do in the default case of Scheherazade with Scaling=2 .

The polyglossia documentation is very clear that users are expected to 
specify the fonts specific to each script used in the document.
