Just try the following code in your preamble:

\let\oldcontentsline\contentsline
\renewcommand\contentsline[3]{%
  \oldcontentsline{#1}{#2}{\addfontfeatures{Numbers= 
{Lining,Monospaced}} #3}
}%


and remove

\addfontfeatures{Numbers={Lining,Monospaced}}

from line 10.
