[XeTeX] XeTeX, BibTeX and sorting

Hi François,

Biber has pre-requisits which aren't standard on the perl distribution that
comes with e.g. OSX (10.5.6 is mine). Could you (for example within your
readme, or on the sourceforge website) give a download link for those
prerequisits? (Not everyone loves Perl... ;-).)
