[XeTeX] XeTeX isuue in TL09 (related to PSTricks and PGF/TIKZ packages)

Well, I have not done any configuration myself. Installed TL09 and that is
the test file. I am on fedora 11 and yesterday ghostscript was updated to
v8.70. So I guess it has to do with this new version of ghostscript.
