[XeTeX] xepersian and xecolour announcement

I am pleased to announce that a new version of xepersian (v0.163) is
available on CTAN.

Also I wrote a simple package called xecolour which defines about 140
colours and its available on CTAN now.

These two should be a part of your TeX distribution very soon.
