[XeTeX] Unicode XeTeX Editor for Windows

I've been testing WinShell and TexWorks. Though WinShell is more fully
equiped, I haven't found it fully unicode-compliant. WinShell is great, but
it is still in development. (I found, for instance, no available Linux test
build--and I use both Windows and Linux Ubuntu for my research.) However,
I'll keep on playing with both.
