[XeTeX] Segmentation fault in xdvipdfmx

I compiled xetex for revision 939, the copied the binary to
/usr/local/texlive/2008/bin/i386-linux and then generated all formats by
$fmtutil -all and eventually opened the terminal and wrote xetex and then it
said Segmentation fault.
