[XeTeX] Rename xltxtra to xelatex? (Was: No underdot in Adobe Garamond Pro?)

Maybe too late for a change of that nature,  but it occurs to be that
renaming xltxtra.sty to xelatex.sty would be clearer, easier to
remember, and more friendly towards newcomers. “You want to use xelatex?
Simply use the xelatex package, and then setup your fonts with the
fontspec commands so and so ...”

Such a change may be feasible after all, provided xltxtra.sty is kept
for backwards compatibility as a dummy package which would load
xelatex.sty.
