[XeTeX] New experimental version of bidi

For those who are interested in using colortbl package bidirectionally:

I have fixed colortbl package so that you can use it bidirectionally, it is
avaliable in revision 162 on bidi repository at berlios. A sample document
is attached.

I am very happy, these are the kind of things that I would never think that
I can fix them.
