[XeTeX] headers wrong with polyglossia and/or bidi

I believe the latest official version of bidi is included in MiKTeX2.8 and
TeXLive2009. What I maintain at berlios is just the development version and
one it is finalised, it will be uploaded to CTAN and hence major TeX
distributions like MiKTeX and TeXLive will include it. I apologise for any
misunderstanding that my previous post has made so far.
