[XeTeX] Problems after updating texlive 2009

Hello,

I am using TexLive (xetex) with Lyx. Everything was working fine until I
decided to update texlive 2009 through tlmgr.
Now, when I try to export to pdf (xetex) I get the following error: file
"metalogo.sty" not found. The description is the following: \setlogokern
{Te}{-0.15em}^^M *** (cannot \read from terminal in nonstop modes
What should I do?
