[XeTeX] arabxetex font not found

What package is this?! A piece of BABEL?
Does the arabxetex package load the fontspec package? (It does.)
Without fontspec you can't use OpenType or TrueType fonts as easily
as you try. (And actually it uses
\newfontfamily\arabicfont[Script=Arabic,Scale=2]{Scheherazade}
so you don't need to load Scheherazade yourself. Better look out for
a font with TIPA characters.)
