[XeTeX] misplaced diacritics in Cyrillic

I can't check right now, but I think you'll probably find that most of 
your fonts don't support the OpenType mark feature, and so can't place 
combining diacritics properly. Dilyana and Lucida Grande are very likely 
achieving good results with the diaeresis by using ccmp to substitute 
pre-composed characters for the vowel+diacritic sequence.
