I performed the tests with Cambria Math, Asana Math, STIXGeneral and XITS.
In all cases the same source, just different fonts loaded by \setmathfont.
All four compile without a glitch, not speaking of segmentation faults.

As I wrote in my previous post, I performed the tests on a 64bit Fedora 13
with TeXLive installed from the RPM TeXLive Fedora repository maintained
by J. Nový.

Yes, I took a proper notice of those reports. On my 64 bit Fedora 13
exactly the same kind of bad placement of mathaccents and dysfunctional
\left ... \right macros occur with every single Math font which further
confirms your diagnosis, Ulrik.
