Then this should work too: (the first will naturally redefine \' for
all fonts, but as you can see you can use another command if you

\DeclareTextAccent{\myacc}{EU1}{"00B4}

Well you can look at the table at unicode.org. But in general I
simply google for "unicode accent acute".
