[XeTeX] changing \chaptername in polyglossia

Hi Pablo,
Why not to try:
\documentclass[10pt]{book}
\usepackage{polyglossia}
\setdefaultlanguage{spanish}
\AtBeginDocument{\renewcommand{\chaptername}{Tema}}
\begin{document}
\chapter{Hola}
Este es un documento de prueba.
\end{document}
Apparently it solves your problem.
