[XeTeX] Incorrect handling of name prefixes by biblatex (van, de)

I've been testing a littlebit, and learning new things as well. I made a small bibliography file (.bib) with some typical "Dutch" names:
Gerard Ekdom
Jolanda Frederika Helena Lindeman
Erasmus B. van de Hoogenband
Jozef Augustinus Maria van Eynthoven
Willem van Oranje
Willem Frederik Geert van Rooijen
Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink
The last name is special. The last name is "Vennegoor of Hesselink", so the "of" should not go into the "von-part". To achieve this, it needs to be entered as
Jan {Vennegoor of Hesselink}
in the .bib file. If it is entered as "Vennegoor of Hesselink, Jan" it gets sorted under Hesselink - I guess that bibtex just detects the comma and takes whatever immediately preceding token as the Last-part.
I have tried my little test bibliography. The only BST file that gets everything right is the "nederlands.bst", which sorts the names in the correct "Dutch" order: Ekdom, van Eynthoven, van de Hoogenband, Lindeman, van Oranje, van Rooijen, Vennegoor of Hesselink, and also provides correctly "see Van Rooijen (2010)" as the citation (but strangely enough the name "Vennegoor of Hesselink" is fully capitalized).
If you really need to, you can enforce a capitalization of the 'von-part' by entering:
J.A.J. {\MakeUppercase{v}an} Opstal - but note that now you will __always__ get 'Van'.
Only the "nederlands.bst" sorted the names in the "Dutch" order, i.e. not sorted under "v" but under the first letter of the Last-part. All others sorted based on the "von" part and then the "Last" part.
I think that you will need to make some changes to your BST file if you want to get everything right. But then again, is it worth your while?
Regards,
Wilfred
