The 39th~edn (1983) certainly has a section on "Rules for setting
Foreign Languages", pp.~88--138. The Oxford Guide to Style (2nd~edn,
2002), on the other hand, which some cite as "The New Hart", has
no such section, although the index includes a number of foreign
languages (too many to list).
