[XeTeX] Problem with footnotes and xltxtra

A quick trial of this shows that the problem goes away when the "no-sscript"
argument is removed from xltxtra (and the "minimal" class is replaced by
"article" to get the \footnotesize command).

Next thing to do (not by me) is debug [no-sscript].
