[XeTeX] apostrophe & tex-text in hyphenation

Hello,

I'm really sorry that it took so long (we were looking for some more
elegant solution and apparently it is not possible), but hyph-utf8 is
now loading two copies of patterns with apostrophe, once with U+0027
and once with U+2019.

The fix should be in TeX Live Pretest (but for some reason there was
no update of repositories today in the morning, so maybe tomorrow).
