[XeTeX] Polyglossia(?)-bug: RTL-languages break crop-marks

As the example below shows, the setup of the RTL-languages Arabic, Hebrew or Syriac (not Persian, oddly enough) causes crop-marks to be placed at the
wrong side of the page. This bug seems to have been introduced in a more recent update: A pdf from Oct 7th using this combination looks all right.
\documentclass[12pt]{book}
\usepackage[paperwidth=16cm, paperheight=24cm]{geometry}
\usepackage[cam,a4,center]{crop}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\setromanfont{Hoefler Text}
\usepackage{polyglossia}
\setdefaultlanguage{latin}
%\setotherlanguage{english}
\setotherlanguage{arabic}
\usepackage{lipsum}
\begin{document}
\lipsum
\end{document}
Best regards
Florian.
Running completely updated TeXLive11 on Mac OS 10.6.8.
