[XeTeX] New repository and OpenType math development

Hi everyone,

After discussion with Jonathan, the old SVN repository have been
converted to GIT and moved to the SourceForge project:

https://sourceforge.net/scm/?type=git&group_id=194926

This is in preparation for working on OpenType math part. Please report
any issues/feature requests to the SourceForge tracker and I'll try to
work on them. The repository already have the patches I sent earlier and
few more, and will try to work on some more issues before TeXLive 2012
freeze.
