[XeTeX] TECkit maps for ISO 15919 to Brahmic scripts

I use Somdev's RomDev TECkit <https://github.com/somadeva/RomDev> for my
IAST->Nagari input-output.  No complaints so far.

Thanks for all the other scripts, of course, and the documentation. (Yay,
documentation!)
