[XeTeX] XeTeX] Alternate Ξ glyphs in GFS Neohellenic

I had the same problem.  The GFS Neohellenic font is very nice but that zig-zag Xi
is ugly. I used Fontforge to swap the positions of the glyphs 0x039E <-> 0xE004.
