The following web sites are available to assist you in making your reservations for lodging during the TUG'97 conference:

For hotel/motel reservations, here are three very good sites:

• To search by hotel location and price, try the San Francisco Reservations page, where you can check for availability and make your reservations all one session.
• Specify your price range at the San Francisco Online Lodging site, and a list of all hotels in the specified range is provided for you.
• You may also visit the Yahoo San Francisco Hotels site, highly recommended by one of our own conference attendees!

San Francisco Visitor Information

There are many websites for visitor information; some very good ones are:

• The City Insights page, which gives you information on the big tourist attractions in San Francisco, such as Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.
• San Francisco Online is an electronic magazine providing information regarding tourist attractions, restaurants, and many other things to do.
• The KPIX TV page, which provides visitor information for San Francisco. You might also want to refer to their live cam page for pictures of the Bay Area.

There are many websites with information on hotel/motel reservations and tourist information; those listed above are some of the better, more helpful ones.
