{Jeffrey Kuan} {End-user usage of accessibility packages and templates} {On April 24, 2024, the United States' Department of Justice finalized new rules (\url{https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2024/04/24/2024-07758/nondiscrimination-on-the-basis-of-disability-accessibility-of-web-information-and-services-of-state}) mandating that public institutions of higher education only post \acro{WCAG2.1AA} compliant documents in course instruction, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Furthermore, ``alternative versions'' (\url{https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/2007/05/alternate-versions.html} are only allowable if there are technical or legal restrictions. As a result, instructors and instructional designers now face significant challenges. In my talk, I will share my experiences creating (Lua)\LaTeX\ packages and templates that can be used by the ``typical'' mathematics instructor in the United States. Currently, these packages are not ready for public use, and I welcome feedback and suggestions.}
