We would greatly appreciate additional sponsorship of the conference. We will happily acknowledge all donors (unless anonymity is preferred).
A sponsorship of $100 includes a half-page ad in the program (see details below), as well as your name/logo in the conference publicity, program, and proceedings.
In addition to the basic listing, for a sponsorship of $625, we can offer one waived registration fee and banquet attendance and for a $1250 sponsorship, two waived registration fees with banquet attendance. (Only the registration and banquet fees can be waived; travel and lodging remain your responsibility.)
The sponsorship payment can be submitted on either 1) the registration page (either with a registration or as a donation on its own; put the sponsorship info in the notes field); or 2) TUG's general payment page.
The best format for the ad is 39pcx26pc (“half-page horizontal”) and black and white, or at least degrade reasonably to black and white. The printed conference proceedings will not be able to have color ads.
