Don't forget to have a look at the "stmaryrd" font for these.  BTW, it
might be interesting if Alan or Jeremy could comment on which of those
symbols they consider important and which of them are just fantasy
products never put to actual use.

There were two different revisions of mfgaston that were circulated 
on the mailing list.  I think the name somewhere occured in between.
