[metapost] Old binaries of mpost

Mpost hackers:

For testing the backward compatability of certain macros, I would like a
binary of mpost version 0.641 or 0.642, for windows XP, that can be
dropped into TeXLive 2008 or 2009 with minimal fuss.

If necessary, I will install a sufficiently old TeXLive (I have
2002 on a CD), but thought I would ask if anyone in a similar
situation already had a drop-in version so I could avoid this
hassle.

I tried copying the binaries from 2002, but even when
appropriate .dll's were added, mpost failed to start.
