[tex-k] dvips error

    dvips: ! Couldn't find header file groff.enc.

In the original TeX Live distribution (http://tug.org/texlive),
groff.enc is installed in
../texmf-dist/fonts/enc/dvips/groff/groff.enc.  If it's not on your
system, look to whoever created the TeX you installed.

If you just want to get your document working, it should suffice to
simply put groff.enc in the directory with your document.  Since the
file is tiny, I'm attaching it.
