[tex-k] [BUG ε-TeX of tl2021] Latex hanging up on exit (on Windows 7)

   tracker.  Sorry if Iâ€™m using a wrong address.  I do not know any
   workaround for this bug. ] 

(A) The following file is processed by latex as expected, but the
    latex process hangs up on exit.  (No Ctrl-Z Ctrl-C Ctrl-Break help;
    I need to use the Task Manager to stop latex.  CPU is not used.)

(B) I spend a lot of time bisecting the problem.  However, the
    remaining document is still relatively complicated.

    The only part which can be removed without affecting the lock up
    is the mentions of T3 and tipa.  If removed, document compiles
    with errorsâ€‰â€”â€‰but pressing `s` STILL leads to a completion of the
    document AND a lockup of latex.

(C) Removing any of
    	  Ereversed,florin
    (as well as most other stuff in the document) leads to a
    successful exit from latex.
