[tex-live] TeX Live 2009 released

Tonight first updates came. I understand that making into TL updates
all updated or new packages  popped at CTAN for the last month is an
extremely daunting and tedious task. I suspect that the earliest such
package is eso-pic of September 30 (unfortunately I can find neither
date nor version number but documentation in TL2009 pretest-updated
and on CTAN differ) but I may be mistaken
