Indeed I get
$ type luaotfload-tool

Sorry I just forgot to make point 1. I made (twice?)

/Library/TeX/texbin/luaotfload-tool --cache=purge --force —update

SIs now I try to run my LaTeX program I still have 

/usr/local/texlive/2022/texmf-dist/tex/latex/base/ts1cmr.fd)cannot open /Users
/jacquesandre/Library/texlive/2022/texmf-var/luatex-cache/generic/names/luaotfl
oad-names.luc: No such file or directory
stack traceback:
	[C]: in function 'dofile'
	[\directlua]:1: in main chunk.
\luacode at dbg@exec ...code at maybe@printdbg {#1} #1 }
                                                  
l.26 \end{luacode}

For information, from terminal I have:

$ ls /users/jacquesandre/Library/texlive/2022/texmf-var/luatex-cache/generic/names/
luaotfload-lookup-cache.lua	luaotfload-names.luc.gz
luaotfload-lookup-cache.luc	test.tmp
luaotfload-names.lua.gz

And if unzip the luaotfload-names.luc.gz file, my TeX program works fine.
