Biber version in win64

Hi,

I'm using the 64-bit windows binaries from Akira Kakuto 
(https://ctan.org/tex-archive/systems/win32/TLW64) in parallel with the 
regular binaries, and noticed that

with

C:\texlive\2022\bin\win32>biber --version
biber version: 2.17

everything is fine, but with

C:\texlive\2022\bin\win64>biber --version
biber version: 2.16

I get

"This means that your biber (2.16) and biblatex (3.17) versions are 
incompatible."

Would it be possible to upgrade the biber binary in win64?
