[XeTeX] Restoring text to the default English font in Latex/fontspec/Bidi

Dear François:

Thanks for your help once again.

I am using Texlive 2007 with Windows XP. Are there instructions for
how to update to the latest xetex for the Windows distribution?

I have discovered that the Hebrew diacritical signs (nekudot) display
nicely with the Ezra and Adobe Hebrew fonts but not with the standard
Hebrew Windows font (e.g. David or Narkisim) that display the signs
nicely in word 2007.

I am wondering what the properties are of a Hebrew font that will
display properly under xetex/fontspec.
