[XeTeX] input method under windows

If the same text should be printed both in Devanagari and in a
transliteration, I would probably type it in a trasliteration and
wrote macros to typeset it using a TECkit map. Package
xetex-devanagari contains some maps, other maps may be created. Try
the following using velthuis:

\def\shakti{"shakti}

\texttt{\shakti}
{\fontspec[Script=Devanagari,Mapping=velthuis-sanskrit]{Nakula}\shakti}

As I see, other maps are harvardkyoto and iast, there are also some itrans maps.
